Start talking and share how you are feeling. It opens doors. Asking for help when you need it is a positive step forward. Talk to someone if you need to talk about your mental health, whats bothering you or to simply share how you are feeling.

Talking is liberating and is a strong, courageous thing to do.  If you ask for help you are not letting anyone down or embarrassing yourself. Its exactly the right thing to do.  We all need a little extra help from time to time, regardless of who we are.  Its normal.
